Big Proposed Changes for StructureMap 3

Just trying to round up more feedback as I go, here’s a handful of discussions I’ve started on the big proposed changes for StructureMap 3:

• Eliminating the old [PluginFamily] / [Pluggable] attributes
• Redo’ing Profile’s
• Streamlining Xml support
